Prepare the Meat
If using ground beef, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to melt the cheese evenly.

Layer the Ingredients
On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the chips, followed by the jalapeños.

Add Cheese
Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the top of the nachos.
Baking

Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Serve with Dips
Remove the nachos from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Serve immediately while hot.
