Burger Patties

Jalapeño Cream Cheese

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Monterey Jack and a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Jalapeño Cream Cheese Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Cream Cheese

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapeños, lime juice, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 5

    Build the Burger

Spread a generous amount of jalapeño cream cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cooked burger patty on top, then layer with sliced tomato, lettuce leaves, pickles, and red onion slices. Finally, place the top half of the bun on the burger.
