Stuffed Mushrooms Directions
- 1
Prepare the Mushroom Caps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set aside.
- 2
Make the Crab Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 3
Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each mushroom cap with the crab filling, pressing gently to ensure they are well packed.
- 4
Prepare the Shrimp Sauce
In a saucepan, combine chopped shrimp, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- 5
Bake the Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and drizzle the creamy shrimp sauce on top before serving. Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms!
