Prepare the Tomatoes
Slice the green tomatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry with paper towels.

Fry the Tomatoes
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded tomato slices in the oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Creamy Bacon Sauce
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and chop it into small pieces. In the same skillet, combine mayonnaise and hot sauce, then stir in the chopped bacon.

Serve
Serve the fried green tomatoes hot, drizzled with creamy bacon sauce.
