Cajun Fried Ribs Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Start by patting the baby back ribs dry with paper towels. Rub the Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the ribs, making sure to coat all sides well. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can use a thermometer to check the temperature.
- 3
Fry the Ribs
Carefully place the seasoned ribs into the hot oil, frying them in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Drain and Serve
Once fried, remove the ribs from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
