Pulled Pork and Toppings

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pulled Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Place it in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce, and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

In a skillet, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked hard, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Sandwiches

Shred the cooked pork and mix it with the remaining BBQ sauce. Toast the brioche buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous amount of pulled pork, followed by a slice of American cheese and a hard-cooked egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
