Salad Preparation

Prepare the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of strawberry vinaigrette. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach and fresh strawberries. Drizzle with the prepared vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.

Top the salad with pickled onions, toasted almonds, and Gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
