Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Tater Tots
In the same skillet, add the tater tots and cook according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently over medium heat until the eggs are just set.
