Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ham

Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.

  3. 3

    Mix Glaze

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cloves, and black pepper to create a glaze.

  4. 4

    Apply Glaze

Brush the glaze generously over the scored ham.

  5. 5

    Add Water

Pour water into the bottom of the roasting pan to keep the ham moist during cooking.

  6. 6

    Roast the Ham

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

  7. 7

    Glaze Again

Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking and brush with the glaze again.

  8. 8

    Rest and Serve

Once done, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
