Prepare the Croissants
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the croissants on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are flaky and slightly crispy.

Spread the Cream Cheese
Once the croissants are warm, remove them from the oven and slice them in half. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on the inside of each croissant.

Layer the Ingredients
On one half of each croissant, layer the smoked salmon, slices of tomato, and thinly sliced red onion. Top with a handful of microgreens.

Drizzle the Sauce
Drizzle your choice of Masala or Yaya sauce over the assembled croissant halves.

Serve
Close the croissant halves and serve immediately. Enjoy your Lox!
