Preparation of Sweet Potatoes
- 1
Peel and Cut
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into crinkle cut fries. Aim for uniform thickness to ensure even cooking.
- 2

Spice Blend and Seasoning

Prepare Spice Blend
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well.

Season the Fries
In a large mixing bowl, add the sweet potato fries. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat evenly. Then, add the prepared spice blend and toss again until the fries are well coated.
Cooking the Fries
- 5
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 6
Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
