Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Peel, if preferred, and cut them into evenly sized strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
