Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Adding Flavor

Fold in Flavor Add-Ins
Gently fold in the chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and oats until evenly distributed.
Baking

Scoop Dough
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.

Bake Cookies
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. The centers may look slightly underbaked.

Cool Cookies
Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
