Prepare the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- 2
Form the Crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Make sure to press it up the sides slightly.
- 3
Bake the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add granulated sugar and mix until well combined.

Add Remaining Ingredients
Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix until smooth. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- 6
Pour Filling into Crust
Pour the cream cheese filling into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- 7
Bake the Cheesecake
Bake in the preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

Cool and Chill
Once baked, turn off the oven and crack the door open. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
