Turkey Burger Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cranberry Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and cranberry sauce until well combined. Set aside.
- 2
Make the Turkey Patty
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.
- 3
Cook the Turkey Patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty to melt.
- 4
Toast the Brioche Buns
While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns in a separate skillet or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Spread the cranberry mayo on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place a turkey patty on top, followed by a lettuce leaf and slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the turkey burgers warm with your choice of sides.
