Prepare the Shrimp
Coat the shrimp in cornstarch and set aside.

Fry the Shrimp
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce and garnish with sliced green onions.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, milk, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until melted and smooth.
