Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Heat over medium until butter is melted, stirring frequently.

Simmer

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes for the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.

Korean BBQ Sauce Preparation

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and gochujang. Whisk until smooth.

Heat

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it begins to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.

Mango Habanero Sauce Preparation

Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine mango puree, minced habanero, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

Taste and Adjust

Taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness or heat by adding more honey or habanero, if desired.

Parmesan Garlic Sauce Preparation

Melt Butter

In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add Garlic

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until well combined. Remove from heat.
