Prepare the Chips
Cut the corn tortillas into triangles. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the tortilla triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
Make the Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, finely chopped jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Queso
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir until melted and smooth. Add diced green chilies, ground cumin, and salt. Stir until well combined and heated through.
