Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chipotle BBQ Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together the chipotle BBQ sauce and mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger Patties

In a skillet over medium-high heat, shape the ground beef into two patties. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on a separate skillet until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread a generous amount of guacamole on the bottom bun, place the cooked burger patty on top, add a slice of cheddar cheese, and layer with sliced tomatoes and pickled jalapeños. Drizzle the chipotle BBQ mayo over the toppings and cap with the top bun.

  5. 5

    Serve with Fries

Serve the La Patrona Burger hot with a side of crispy fries.
