Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Cheese Curds

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the cheese curds in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

2

Fry the Cheese Curds

Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the breaded cheese curds until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

3

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt to taste.

4

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

5

Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns. On the bottom half, layer lettuce, tomato slices, fried cheese curds, bacon, pickles, and drizzle with cheese sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the Cheez Pleez Burger with a side of fries.
