Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the craft beer until smooth and well combined.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Coat the Cheese Curds
Dip the cheese curds into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.

Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully add the battered cheese curds to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Hot Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried cheese curds with Franks Hot Sauce until evenly coated.
