Buffalo Cauliflower Ingredients
Method
Buffalo Cauliflower Preparation
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, craft beer, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow excess batter to drip off.
Fry the Cauliflower
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the battered cauliflower florets and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Toss in Hot Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried cauliflower with Franks Hot Sauce until evenly coated.
Serve
Serve the Buffalo cauliflower hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
