Prepare the Fish
In a bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.

Marinate the Fish
Add the fish fillets to the bowl and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grill the Fish
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and break into bite-sized pieces.
Cabbage Slaw

Mix the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Lime Crema

Prepare the Crema
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Tacos Assembly

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Place a portion of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with the cabbage slaw, and drizzle with lime crema.

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
