Preparation of Brussels Sprouts

Begin by rinsing the Brussels sprouts under cold water. Trim the ends and remove any outer leaves that are yellow or damaged. Cut each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
Roasting

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown. Shake the baking sheet halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Sriracha Aioli Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
