Cauliflower Bites
Ranch Dipping Sauce
Method
Cauliflower Bites Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This will ensure that the cauliflower bites become crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets, making sure they are roughly the same size for even cooking.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
Ranch Dipping Sauce Preparation
- 6
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
- 7
Chill the Sauce
Cover the ranch dipping sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
