Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of creme de cacao. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Add the Cream
Gently pour 1 oz of heavy cream over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect.
