Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until thick and pale.

Combine Mixtures
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly until well combined.

Fold in the tablespoon of all-purpose flour gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Distribute the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cakes.
