Method
Burger Directions
- 1
Prepare the Patties
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, use the bacon drippings to cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 4
Roast the Jalapeños
While the patties are cooking, roast the jalapeños directly over the flame on a grill or stovetop until charred. Remove from heat, slice in half, and remove seeds if desired.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place a beef patty, top with crispy bacon, roasted jalapeños, and blue cheese dressing. Finish with the top half of the bun.
Fries Directions
- 6
Cook the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
