Slice the Cheeses
Carefully slice the Pistachio Pecorino, Saint Angel, and Gloucester cheeses into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1/2 inch thick. Arrange them aesthetically on a cheese board.
Pan con Tomate Preparation

Prepare Pan con Tomate
Toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Rub the raw garlic clove over one side of each slice to impart flavor.

Add Toppings
Drizzle each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste. Optionally, top with fresh basil leaves for added flavor.
Assembly

Assemble the Cheese Board
Arrange the sliced cheeses on one side of the board and the prepared Pan con Tomate on the other. You can add additional garnishes such as olives or nuts if desired.
