Collect all the ingredients needed for the cocktail: Jameson Irish Whiskey, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, orange peel, and a maraschino cherry.

Chill the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice water and set it aside to chill while you prepare the drink.
Mixing

In a mixing glass, add 2 ounces of Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
