Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, add the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are well coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 6

    Add Hot Sauce and Seasoning

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Tossing and Serving

  1. 7

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 8

    Prepare for Serving

Cut the celery sticks into sticks and arrange them on a platter with the tossed wings. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
