Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Balsamic Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced onions and balsamic vinegar. Cook until the onions are soft and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In another skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Form the Patties

Divide the ground beef into 3 equal portions (about 6 oz each) and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Place each patty on a potato roll. Top with balsamic onions, crispy bacon, and a generous drizzle of blue cheese dressing. Close with the top half of the roll.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Triple B Burger with a side of tater tots or a simple salad.
