Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Rice

Cook the white rice according to package instructions and set aside.

2

Make the Burger Patty

Form the ground beef into a 6 oz. burger patty, season with salt and black pepper. Grill or pan-fry over medium heat until cooked to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium).

3

Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny. Season with salt and pepper.

4

Prepare the Adobo Gravy

In a saucepan, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add soy sauce and beef broth, bringing to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, and add to the saucepan to thicken the gravy. Season with additional black pepper and salt to taste.

5

Assemble the Dish

Place a serving of white rice on a plate. Top with the burger patty, then the sunny-side up eggs. Pour adobo gravy over the top, and garnish with grilled onion and chopped green onions.

6

Add Garlic Chips

Fry thinly sliced garlic in a little oil until golden and crispy. Sprinkle over the dish before serving.
