Prepare the Pork Belly
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork belly until it's crispy and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool, then chop into small pieces.

Combine the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the blue crabmeat, chopped pork belly, Cajun spices, and Boursin cheese. Mix gently until well combined.

Prepare the Peppadews
Carefully remove the tops of the peppadew peppers and scoop out any seeds or membranes if necessary.
Stuffing and Baking

Stuff the Peppadews
Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each peppadew with the crab and cheese mixture until they are generously filled.

Bake the Stuffed Peppadews
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed peppadews on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the filling is heated through and slightly golden.

Once out of the oven, drizzle the stuffed peppadews with balsamic glaze before serving.
