Method

Preparation of Salad Greens

  1. 1

    Wash and Dry Greens

Thoroughly wash the Romaine lettuce, spinach, and arugula under cold running water. Dry them using a salad spinner or by patting them down with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Chop Greens

Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped Romaine, spinach, and arugula in a large salad bowl.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Cut Vegetables

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and then chop into half-moon shapes. Thinly slice the red onion and chop the bell pepper into small pieces.

  2. 4

    Combine Vegetables

Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper to the salad bowl with the greens.

Adding Toppings

  1. 5

    Add Feta Cheese and Olives

Sprinkle the feta cheese and olives over the top of the salad.

Making the Dressing

  1. 6

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Serving the Salad

  1. 7

    Dress the Salad

Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together to combine.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the salad immediately in individual bowls or on a large platter.
