Half-pound beef patty covered in our house-made buttermilk ranch dressing, two thick cut strips of pork belly, and then smothered in our five-cheese blend on a potato bun.

Burger Patty

Prepare the Beef Patty
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal half-pound patties.

Cook the Beef Patty
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Pork Belly

Prepare the Pork Belly
Rub the pork belly strips with brown sugar and salt. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Pork Belly
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork belly strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and caramelized.
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Cheese Blend

Prepare the Cheese
In a bowl, mix together the cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Gorgonzola cheeses. Set aside.
Burger Assembly

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each potato bun, place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. Add the cooked beef patty, followed by the crispy pork belly. Generously drizzle the buttermilk ranch dressing over the top and finish with a handful of the cheese blend. Top with the other half of the potato bun.

Serve the Half-A-Hill Burger immediately with your choice of sides.
