Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Five-Cheese Blend
Marinara Sauce
Method
Prepare Cauliflower Crust
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Process Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- 3
Blend Cauliflower
In a food processor, pulse the steamed cauliflower until it resembles rice. Place the riced cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- 4
Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic Romano seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 5
Form Crust
Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a round or rectangular crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- 6
Bake Crust
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
Add Cheese Topping
- 7
Add Cheese Blend
Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the five-cheese blend evenly over the top.
- 8
Return to Oven
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Prepare Marinara Sauce
- 9
Serve Marinara
While the cheese bread is baking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
Serve
- 10
Slice and Serve
Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove the garlic cheese bread from the oven, slice it into pieces, and serve it warm with the marinara sauce on the side.
