Preparing the Salad

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Sprinkle the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and anchovy paste until smooth and well combined.
