Prepare the Chicken
Start by flattening the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking. Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well coated.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken breasts with buffalo sauce until completely coated.

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the potato buns in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.

On the bottom half of the toasted bun, place a piece of buffalo chicken, top with a slice of Swiss cheese, a handful of lettuce, and a generous portion of Nashville hot pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.
