Bread Pudding

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Custard

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Pour the custard mix over the bread cubes. Gently fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the custard.

  4. 4

    Bake

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. 5

    Cool and Serve

Once baked, let the bread pudding cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with vanilla sauce and drizzle with homemade raspberry sauce.
