Chicken Cordon Bleu Fingers

    Prepare the Chicken

    Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese between two slices of chicken breast. Secure with toothpicks.

    Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

    Fry the Chicken

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken fingers until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Cajun Chicken Poppers

    Mix Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine ground chicken, cream cheese, cajun seasoning, and diced jalapeño.

    Form Balls

    Roll into small balls, then coat with flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the poppers until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Brat ‘n Kraut Balls

    In a bowl, combine cooked bratwurst, sauerkraut, and mashed potato.
