Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork Tenderloin
Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin. If you prefer deep-fried, slice the tenderloin into cutlets. If char-grilling, keep it whole.
- 2
Marinate the Pork
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin or cutlets. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking Methods
For deep frying, heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cutlets for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. For char-grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the tenderloin or cutlets for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the cooked pork tenderloin if whole. Place on a Kaiser roll and top with cheese if desired. Serve hot.
