Grilled Chicken Breast Ingredients
Method
Grilled Chicken Breast Directions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, salt, and black pepper. This will be used to marinate the chicken.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade. Ensure that they are fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Prepare the Rolls
While the chicken is grilling, slice the Kaiser rolls in half and toast them lightly on the grill if desired.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Place each chicken breast on a Kaiser roll and add cheese if desired.
- 7
Serve
Serve the grilled chicken sandwiches warm. Enjoy!
