Veggie Cheesesteak Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, zucchini, squash, and red onion. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

Cook the vegetables for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

  3. 3

    Add Teriyaki Sauce

Pour in the teriyaki sauce and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the vegetables.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Place the sliced provolone cheese on top of the vegetable mixture in the skillet. Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwiches

Split the Amoroso's Philly rolls and fill each roll with the cheesy vegetable mixture.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the veggie cheesesteaks warm, and enjoy!
