Chicken Marinade

Corn Tortilla Chips

Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Assemble the Wrap

  1. 3

    Prepare the Wrap

Lay a large tortilla wrap on a flat surface. Start layering the lettuce blend, sliced grilled chicken, pico de gallo, roasted corn, seasoned black beans, and Monterey Jack cheese.

  2. 4

    Add Dressing

Drizzle the creamy avocado ranch dressing over the fillings, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling.

Corn Tortilla Chips Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the corn tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
