Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pineapple Salsa

In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, and chopped toasted almonds. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest.

  3. 3

    Grill the Ham and Cheese

On the grill or in a pan, place the sliced ham and top with muenster cheese. Grill until the cheese is melted and the ham is warm.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sriracha Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha until well combined. Adjust the sriracha amount to taste.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the bottom half of each potato bun, place a handful of arugula, then the grilled chicken. Top with the pineapple salsa, the grilled ham and melted muenster cheese. Spread the sriracha aioli on the top half of the bun and close the sandwich.
