Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

Make the Brownie Batter
In a medium bowl, melt the butter and mix in the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until combined. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Prepare the Sundae
Once the brownies are baked, let them cool slightly. Cut them into squares. In serving bowls, place a warm brownie square, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce. Sprinkle candied pretzels on top.
