Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add Clams

Add the clams to the skillet and pour in the white wine. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the clams open.

  4. 4

    Add Shrimp and Scallops

Once the clams have opened, add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Add Crab and Seasoning

Gently fold in the crab meat, remaining butter, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Combine with Pasta

Toss the cooked pasta with the seafood mixture in the skillet. Ensure the pasta is well coated with the garlic-butter sauce.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
