Prepare Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the zucchini into half-moons and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mince the garlic and roughly chop the fresh basil.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add Zucchini
Add the chopped zucchini to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften.

Add Tomatoes and Wine
Add the cherry tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are softened and the sauce has slightly thickened.

Finish with Parmesan
Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss again to combine. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on the side.
