Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Sauce

  1. 2

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

  2. 3

    Add Seafood

Add the shrimp and clams to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the clams have opened.

  3. 4

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.

  4. 5

    Add Cream and Cheese

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. 6

    Season the Sauce

Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the crabmeat gently to warm through.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 7

    Toss Linguine with Sauce

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

  2. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving. Serve hot.
